  • The Scholarship was established to encourage graduating High School students to enter a vocational trade career. Deadline is May 9. John Manilla Application

  • The initial scholarship was established in memory of Eric E. Steen, brother of Myron Steen, a member of the Sons of the American Legion. This scholarship was to not only honor Eric, but to recognize Myron for all he had done for the American Legion. Since Myron’s passing, the scholarship is to honor and memorialize both Eric and Myron. Deadline is May 9. Steen Family Scholarship Application

  • Open to all seniors planning to attend college or university.  Deadline is May 16, 2025 to the HS Counseling office. Rotary Scholarship

  • The scholarship will be given to a senior who works hard academically, chooses to enroll in agriculture classes, displays a commitment to the agriculture field, and demonstrates both leadership and integrity. Deadline is Friday, May 2 to the HS counseling Office. Fouts Memorial Scholarship

  • This scholarship will be awarded to a student who wishes to pursue a career in education or a career helping others and has exhibited a dedication to learning. This scholarship includes a $600 award.  Deadline is May 9 to the HS Counseling Office. Ruth Ann Wood Application

  • The Ladies Auxiliary of the Moravia Volunteer Fire Company will award a $250.00 scholarship for college, technical school, or trade school to a graduating student of the Moravia Central School.  Applicants do NOT need to be related to anyone in the Moravia Fire Department or Auxiliary.   • Each year the Moravia-Locke Chamber of Commerce grants an award of $500 to a deserving Moravia Central School senior who will be pursuing a career in Business. Deadline is May 2, 2025 to the HS Counseling Office. Mor Locke Chamber Application

  • This scholarship is set up to assist and award graduating seniors of the Moravia Central High School music program who have plans to continue their education at a community college or university after graduating from MCHS. Students do not need to be pursuing a major in music at the college level to qualify.  Deadline May 2, 2025 to the HS Counseling Office. Moravia Music Booster Scholarship

  • For a graduating senior pursuing a degree in the Business field. Deadline May 2, 2025 to the HS Counseling Office. WC Dabulewicz Scholarship

  • The Alliance of Parents and Teachers of Moravia Central School will sponsor a $500.00 award for a student that has overcome an obstacle during their high school years.  The student selected will have achieved his/her goals through perseverance and determination and exhibited tolerance of others. Deadline May 2, 2025 to the HS Counseling Office. APT Scholarship

  • Award to an MCS student who has been accepted into a program leading to a certification or degree in the medical field.  Deadline is May 9, 2025 to the HS Counseling office.  VFW Auxiliary Schol.

  • Awarded to students who have participated in the running community during high school - track, cross-country, volunteering or running in other events.  Deadline is April 14, 2025 to the HS Counseling Office. FLRC Scholarship

  • Awarded to a graduating senior from a public high school in the Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES District and be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an accredited program or a two-year or four-year institution at the time of the award. Deadline is May 14, 2025 to the HS Counseling Office.  CORN Scholarship

  • The applicant must be a member of a Catholic Church and meet all of the following criteria:  Has been actively involved in their parish, school or community; Has been a positive role model to their peers, younger children and adults;  Is a practicing Roman Catholic in a parish in the Diocese of Rochester and attends Mass;  Is a college-bound high school senior or continuing ed adult; Will be enrolled in either a two- or four year accredited educational institution.   Application Due April 30, 2025.   • The New York Insurance Scholars program recognizes exemplary individuals who embody the qualities necessary to excel in the insurance industry. Scholars are eligible to receive a total award of up to $10,000 to be paid in equal installments for the duration of their undergraduate or graduate studies for a maximum of two years.   • Our belief is that achieving a high grade point average should not be the only criteria for determining who deserves to be helped. For that reason, we are offering a scholarship that will be awarded on the basis of character, as determined by an evaluation of the essays that are submitted. Scholarships are intended for our future leaders across a wide spectrum of fields of study. This award is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post-secondary educational facility. You are not required to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible.   • This scholarship program is open to all business majors, male or female, who wish to continue their education and pursue a career in business or information technology. The scholarship award is $1,000–awarded in two installments of $500 each–one for each of the first two semesters in college. Award is based on academics and initiative.
